Appearance: Aoika has deep brown fur of a very dark shade. It's almost completely uniform all over her body, and quite long. Across her chest there is a large swirl of orange like a messily drawn spiral of paint with drips leaking out to either side. Slicing through the orange is a swathe of jagged red which comes from her left shoulder dancing like flames down to her right hip. Across her shoulders and upper back there is a yellow pattern of delicate swirls like candle smoke. She has eyes of a light orangey yellow and a very penetrating gaze. She is quite small and light; rather than being large and muscular, she is slim and wiry.

Personality: Aoika is a fierce, proud young Luxya, not quite a child but not yet an adult. She is warriorlike and slightly arrogant; reckless, brave, and loyal to her friends and family until the death. She is almost the archetypal Japanese samurai; she believes strongly in the ideals of courage and honour, and hates cowardice and disloyalty. She despises traitors and will get revenge on them however she can, in any way possible, as quickly as possible. She has a furious temper, which can erupt at any moment, especially when people insult her or threaten those she loves. She rarely loves or befriends anybody, but when she does it, she will care for, respect, and protect them with the kind of fierce passion that some give their lives for. She is defensive and proud and easily hurt by insults, but also loyal and kind. She exhibits all the best and worst qualities of the Luxya race; warm-hearted, hot-tempered, courageous, arrogant, and in her own way, kind of vulnerable and cute; for when you strip away the defensive, brave exterior, she's a little girl seeking love and affection, and a place in the world to call her own.
Magical Abilities and Spells: Power of fire; power of light; weak telekinesis. With her fire power, she can control fire; light things on fire and manipulate or throw around fire already in existence. With her light power, she can create orbs of light and hang them in the air, to be extinguished when she wills. They are like lamps. She can also shine lights on things from her paw or nose using her light power. With her telekinesis, she can pick things up and throw them around without touching them, but as it's only weak telekinesis, they have to be half the weight/size or less than she could pick up if she was actually picking it up rather than using her power.
Skills: Aoika is an excellent fighter and is good at climbing. She is very clever and is able to think tactically well. She has a very good sense of smell and brilliant eyesight. She is very agile, and has a lot of wiry strength. She is a furious fighter, brave and loyal. She's a natural leader.
Weaknesses: She can be incredibly reckless and arrogant. She is somewhat bossy. Naive is her middle name. Her honour is a strength, but also a weakness; it closes off for her many avenues of attack which would otherwise be open to her, such as assassination or theft. Her ruthlessness towards dishonourable people can be offputting, and she isn't the easiest person to make friends with, though once you are friends, you are friends for life. She can be petty and gets all het up about the silliest things. She's easy to taunt and draw into traps. Her hot temper often gets her into trouble. She isn't good at taking advice.
History: She was born into a pack of pure Luxya, brought up to scorn other species, for they have neither the Luxya's fighting ability or their flame powers. They were also strictly hierarchical, with lower ranks having to instantly obey higher ones on pain of death. She was a very low rank, because she was the daughter of the Omega, and was bossed around and bullied all the time. One day, she was involved in a fight with another pack; the other pack won and left her entire patrol for dead, and they were, except her. A Kyuun found her and healed her, and if she hadn't then Aoi would have died. Since then she realised that other species are okay, and she left the pack, hating their narrow-mindedness. She has a vision of a pack where all creatures, no matter their species or gender or beliefs, are free, and where the hierarchy isn't very strict. Thus she fled everything she had known and came to a new land, wanting to get away from all her memories, and become a new Luxya, who could start a new pack, and have a new life.
