The Moonshine Empire is ruled over by the current Emperor or Empress. They are the largest pack, and the strongest for now. Their ranks are:
Emperor/Empress (1-2)- The highest rank. They have absolute control over what happens in the empire. They get advised by their advisers who they handpick. They live a life of luxury and their every whim must be obeyed without hesitation, or they will punish the offender.
The Royal Advisers (3-5) - Those that manage the empire. They offer their advice to the Emperor/Empress and have uttermost loyalty. They tend to be in charge of one of the suburbs.
Generals (3-5) - Those that are in charge of the army. They coordinate strategical movements and fight for the Emperor/Empress. They are also in charge of the police force. They only answer to the Emperor/Empress and sometimes the Royal Advisers.
Army (1-unlimited) - Those that fight for the Emperor/Empress and their wishes. They have several special ranks of their own (see-) and can imprison someone to be put on trial with permission from a General. They are also the Empire's police force, and it's main protection.
Spiritual Leaders (1-10) - Those that are in charge of magic and those that are the ones that help to lead the Empire's spiritual beliefs. They perform miracles and heal those in the Empire that need it. One of them is selected to be the Head Maje (like a head wizard) who directly looks after all of the Spiritual Leaders.
Healers (1-unlimited) - Those that heal those who need it in the Empire.
Hunters (1-unlimited) - Those that hunt and collect food for the Empire
Citizens (1-unlimited) - The most common. They do odd jobs for the Empire.
Slaves/Prisoners (1-unlimited) - Those who have been captured by the Empire or been forced into slavery. They have the lowest rank, and are treated badly.
