Saw this on the news just a few minutes ago. Apparently some computer scammers are trying to trick people into thinking there's something wrong with your computer, and then trying to get you to install their crap.

It should be obvious to any computer-literate person, but apparently a lot of people don't know that Microsoft will never contact you over the phone regarding computer issues.
